Facilities
Brownstown: Three welded tube mills; 170,000 sq. ft. manufacturing / value-added operations.
Salem: Newer tube mill with a focus on 1″ round and 1″ square programs. Sales confirms tooling, gauges, materials and minimum runs.
Secondary operations
Tube laser, notching, coping, swaging, Haven / custom cutting, de-dimpling, deburring, de-brushing, scarf removal on select sizes and Super Shield coating.
Materials and documentation
Hot rolled, HRPO, cold rolled and galvanized. Discuss ASTM A513 / A500 requirements and request current ISO certification documentation.
